“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.” We celebrate Teachers’ day every year throughout the country on 5th September. Students express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers on this day. This day is dedicated to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan – second President of India.
NGF Junior School Celebrated Teacher’s Day with great fun and enthusiasm. A special assembly was conducted by the teachers on this day. The assembly began with a prayer followed by a thought and talk highlighting the importance and contribution of teachers in a student's life. Teachers presented motivational song and Guru Vandana. The headboy and the head girl of the school felicitated the honourable principal with a bouquet of flowers and also greeted all the teachers on behalf of all the students. The gathering was then addressed by the principal.The students of class VIII dedicated a song to all the teachers and presented flowers as a token of love and respect. It was followed by a dance performance to pay tribute to the teachers. The entire programme ended on a happy note.
