Summer vacation is a chance to relax, but it is also a chance to reflect upon the previous year, prepare for the year to come and enrich our teaching skills.
The hail of workshops and seminars were conducted for the teachers as soon as the summer Holidays commenced.
The purpose of the seminars was to utilize the time and learn ways for professional development of the teachers that will help in the betterment of the students’ academic career.
Following seminars and workshops were conducted -

2. Creating a conducive classroom culture, delivered by Mr Kamalneet Singh
3. Emotional Intelligence, delivered by Mrs. Jayashree Mehta
4. National Curriculum Framework, delivered by Mrs. Neerja Chathly
5. Conflict Management delivered by Mrs. Vinita Suri
6. Lippan Art Making by Ms. Geeta Kumari & Ms.Ruchi Narang
7. Role of teacher in personality development of child by Ms. Gazala
8. Menstrual Hygiene by Ms. Sucheta
The overall experience of the teachers was overwhelming and constructive for the professional as well as personal growth. All the sessions were informative, innovative, activity oriented and interactive which helped teachers to get updated about the changes brought and to be brought in the system of education as well as the teaching learning process. The teachers now plan to bring a positive change with the ideas gathered through the seminars and ways to implement them in day to day teaching and learning.
